About the Role

As a Full Stack Neuroradiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting and reporting on a wide range of neuroimaging studies, including MRI, CT, and PET scans. You will work closely with our team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and drive our mission to transform radiology.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and report on neuroimaging studies, including MRI, CT, and PET scans * Collaborate with our team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care * Develop and implement new protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and efficiency * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our radiology practice * Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in neuroimaging and radiology, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes * Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements

* Board-certified/eligible American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology * Completed fellowship in Neuro * Texas licensure preferred or ability to obtain a TX license * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) * Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) in radiology

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with state-of-the-art dictation platforms and NLP/AI in radiology * Familiarity with radiology practice management systems (PMS) * Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs * Strong leadership and mentorship skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills and Competencies
