As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at blithequark, you'll have reputed company to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
* Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are reputed company to rent
* Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business
* Helping customers stay reputed company with payments and making reminder and collection calls reputed company required
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to transport, lift, and reputed company items weighing up to 35 pounds
* Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
