Call Center- Patient Care Representative (Remote)
Our Client in Plymouth, MI is seeking Patient Call Center Reps to provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescription orders. This role supports patients with inquiries about refills, shipment status, billing, demographics, and payments while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Potential Schedules
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
• Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.
Responsibilities
• Answer/respond to calls and emails; route as appropriate.
• Resolve patient, provider, and client pharmacy issues with professionalism.
• Process prescription orders, insurance, and payment details accurately.
• Document all interactions in accordance with SOPs.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining excellent service.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
Requirements
• Complete call center assessment
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Customer service or call center experience required
• Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
• Strong communication & computer skill
Attendance Policy:
• Attendance during training is mandatory.
• Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination
Remote Work Requirements:
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• No childcare or personal activities during work hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Treat your home workspace as your office.
