**Clinical Document Specialist/Full Time/Remote

GENERAL reputed company: The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) uses clinical, coding, and Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) knowledge and experience to improve the reputed company and reputed company of documentation in the medical record. Identifies factors influencing the complexity of a patients diagnosis and treatment plan. Serves as a CDI resource and works collaboratively with physicians, advanced reputed company providers, nursing, and ancillary services. Champions for advancement of the reputed company CDI program. .EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Registered reputed company (RN), BSN preferred, with reputed company licensure. • Certified reputed company Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) preferred, with reputed company licensure. • Demonstrated clinical competence as evidenced by three to five (3-5) years clinical nursing or advanced reputed company provider experience in an acute care setting, preferably critical care. • Basic PC knowledge required. Knowledge of ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines. Knowledge of reputed company cycle process preferred. • Knowledge of health care fiscal management goals and strategies preferred, including, but not limited to trends and issues in health care reimbursement. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: • Registered reputed company with reputed company licensure. • Certified reputed company Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with reputed company licensure.
