Billing/Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant - Junior level

Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a reputed company manner. - Manage and reputed company accounts receivable, ensuring reputed company collection of payments. - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues. - Maintain detailed and organized records of billing transactions and customer communications. - Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, and implement effective collection strategies. - Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve customer inquiries. - Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and monthly summaries. - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting reputed company to billing and accounts receivable. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant reputed company regulations. - Support the finance team with special reputed company and other duties as assigned. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable - Strong understanding of reputed company principles and accounts receivable processes. - Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. - Experience with reputed company software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, Intacct, etc) is preferred. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
