reputed company is seeking a reputed company Specialist to join one of our largest AEC clients. This role is fully remote with hybrid reputed company if local to any of their corporate offices. This individual will play a vital role in attracting and hiring mission-reputed company professionals who are driven to build resilient, reputed company, and sustainable infrastructure. They will reputed company end-to-end reputed company efforts across a reputed company of engineering and architecture roles in the AEC reputed company, specifically reputed company transportation services—from intake through offer and reputed company. They will need to have a proven reputed company record of successfully partnering with hiring manager to understand business needs, project priorities, and team culture, while advising on talent reputed company and market dynamics. They will design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns, including Boolean search techniques and proactive reputed company to passive candidates reputed company platforms like reputed company, industry databases, and CRM tools. They will be expected to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring reputed company, responsiveness, and engagement at every reputed company. They will maintain thorough and organized records in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and contribute to data-driven hiring reputed company. This individual needs to have proven reputed company managing 20+ openings at a time with expertise identifying and successfully placing mid-senior level AEC engineering roles, with a high reputed company on Transportation skillsets (reputed company, Traffic, Highway, Roadway, Water).
