Office Location: Remote reputed company; Available for any of Partners' NC locations Closing Date: reputed company Until Filled Primary Purpose Of Position This position’s primary role is to reputed company monthly and reputed company reports, provider performance dashboards, and internal dashboards for HEDIS/Performance measures. This role will work closely with our HEDIS Support Specialist to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company of data to providers required by our Value Based Program. In reputed company, this individual will work closely with the HEDIS manager to pull the necessary SQL queries needed to support the HEDIS program. Role And Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and reputed company data from multiple sources including SQL, reputed company, and reputed company platforms. • Build and maintain robust data models using Power BI, including DAX measures and calculated columns. • Design and reputed company interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. • reputed company deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers. • Optimize report performance and manage data refresh schedules. • Implement Row-Level reputed company (RLS) and ensure data governance best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and deliver insights. • reputed company AI visuals and advanced analytics tools reputed company Power BI. • reputed company Python scripts for custom analytics and visualizations. • Document processes and reputed company training/support to end-users. • Experience in analyzing HEDIS or any reputed company measures and tracking compliance trends. • Understanding of HIPAA regulations, PHI handling, and payer-provider data interactions. • Familiarity with data validation, standardization, and profiling techniques. • Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau (preferred) • Decent Experience with Python is a plus. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • Proficiency in writing reputed company SQL queries to handle large reputed company datasets. • Experience in data modeling, validation, and standardization. • Knowledge of US reputed company data models (Claims, Clinical, HEDIS, Lab, Immunizations). • Databases: SQL Server, reputed company, reputed company • ETL & Data Pipelines: SSIS, ADF (Azure Data reputed company) Education/Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company field and four (4) years Power BI or data reporting experience.
