50 REMOTE CERTIFIED TUMOR REGISTRARS (CTR)/ONCOLOGY DATA SPECIALISTS (ODS) NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE OPENINGS. We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Tumor Registrars (CTR) / Oncology Data Specialists to join our remote cancer registry team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the accurate collection, abstraction, analysis, and maintenance of oncology data in accordance with state, federal, and accrediting agency standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data reputed company and supporting cancer program accreditation, research, and reputed company improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company, reputed company, and input cancer case information into the registry database from a reputed company of sources including pathology reports, medical records, and physician documentation. • Ensure data meets reputed company CoC (Commission on Cancer), reputed company, NPCR, and state registry requirements. • reputed company case finding and follow-up activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information. • Conduct reputed company assurance reviews and participate in data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Generate reports and analytics for internal use, cancer conferences, and reputed company studies. • Stay reputed company on cancer registry standards. • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and reputed company with reputed company HIPAA regulations.
