Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our Financial Operations (FinOps) team. As the first line of interaction for all finance-related queries, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a great customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact and ensuring timely, complete, and accurate resolutions.
  • Address customer payment and invoice questions, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers with desired changes to their accounts, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Support blithequark employees with questions and problems, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and blithequark.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to personal development.
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, enabling you to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Experience with ERP systems, providing a solid understanding of financial operations and processes.
  • Experience with Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to your role and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a financial operations or customer-facing role, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software applications, enabling you to provide informed support and guidance to customers.
