Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Support Agent to join our team as an Administrative Data Entry Specialist. This role is an entry-point position that will allow you to gain a foot-in-the-door to a leading company and learn all you need to know to excel to higher-level positions when you are ready. As an Operations Support Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, identifying key details, and ensuring these documents are correctly uploaded to client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review physical and electronic documents received on behalf of clients and creditors
  • Perform necessary actions such as scanning documents, updating client information, or submitting customer service requests
  • Fast-paced data entry using company database and other systems
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of significance
  • Work various work streams throughout the day
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to keep client information up to date and correct
  • Follow protocol to ensure the protection of sensitive client information

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with computers and with the Microsoft product line (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and produce quality work
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a remote (work from home) setting preferred
  • Previous customer service experience setting preferred

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Previous experience working in a remote (work from home) setting
  • Previous customer service experience
