Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for blithequark-CONNECT customers, providing service, support, and guidance on procedures, account information, and product policies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
- Ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution, with guidance from coaches on a frequent basis
- Developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service
- Troubleshooting simple usability issues raised by customers and referring more complex issues to appropriate service partners
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results with a growth mindset
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Preferred qualifications include a P & C License, although this is not required. Employees are expected to pass their state's P&C license exam within 12 months, with training and administrative support provided.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a starting pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Internet Connection Requirement

Travel Requirements
This role requires up to 10% travel to one of our office locations for team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
Physical Requirements
This role primarily involves sitting/standing and requires a home office setup that meets our internet connection requirements.
