You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible experience with blithequark. With a focus on breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative – Mom & Baby Division, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes * Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment * Interacting with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs and provide personalized recommendations * Presenting blithequark's services to new customers and converting them into loyal advocates * Handling inbound calls and emails from patients to resolve issues and provide exceptional service * Conducting outbound phone calls and emails to proactively engage with customers and ensure their needs are met * Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues to resolve them efficiently and effectively * Communicating with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, as well as prompt follow-up for services promised or rendered * Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Processing documentation, including verification of insurance, to ensure compliance with regulations and policies * Entering orders and maintaining data to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment * Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives **Skills for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivation, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm * Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills * Self-discipline, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and research to provide personalized solutions to customers * Willingness to work in a high-stress environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics * Sensitivity to patient care issues and commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality * Ability to maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred * Microsoft Office computer skills, with experience in customer service software a plus * 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone-based interactions * 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with a focus on handling high call volumes * Starting rate: $18 an hour! **What blithequark Offers** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive pay, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Health plans with FSA or HSA options, dental, and vision insurance * Optional life insurance, 401K with company match, and 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parents * Additional parental benefits, including fertility stipends, free diapers, and breast pumps * Paid holidays, PTO accrual from day one, and employee assistance programs * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're proud of our commitment to our employees and our community.
