**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing and evaluating data protection and privacy requirements and policies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
* Collaborating with our Digital Technology team to design, develop, and implement data protection and privacy solutions
* Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to protect our data assets
* Providing training and support to our employees on data protection and privacy best practices
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy
* Working closely with our cybersecurity team to identify and respond to potential security threats
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
* Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities
* Reliable and punctual attendance is a must
**Preferred Qualifications**
