As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your role will involve:- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
- Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the customer service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of SBS products and services.
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
