As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of blithequark in our online chat platform, engaging with customers and providing them with exceptional support and service. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing information about our products and services, and helping customers understand how they can benefit from our solutions
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support and service
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
* Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with the ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Ability to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
