The Role

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Significant Industry and R&D consulting experience (at minimum a total of 10 years)
• Experience in the Life Sciences, particularly in the R&D operations area in Japan/reputed company
• Extensive network of relevant stakeholders reputed company leadership in Top 20 Life Sciences companies
• Credibility and experience in operating and engaging at senior reputed company with key Life Sciences customers
• Proven reputed company record of developing new, high value/reputed company, customer engagements
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing digital transformation and R&D innovation / improvement programs
• Deep understanding of the entire Life Sciences R&D value chain
• Fluent in Japanese and English
