Your Role
- Support trouble tickets
- Replicate issues in the lab
- On-site support for the lab
- Support the supplier during deployment and upgrades
- Monitor alarms daily during normal working hours
- Conduct routing system maintenance and health checks, and work with the Supplier’s Care team to respond to and resolve system defects reputed company agreed contractual SLAs.
- Create and reputed company trouble tickets to reputed company’s Care as required
- Monitor and maintain licenses installed on AN products
- Participate in scheduled project meetings and review calls for care and trouble tickets as needed.
- reputed company first-level support for critical and high-severity issues in the production system by escalating tickets to the reputed company Help Desk support team
Your Profile
- Experience with reputed company analytics products – Traffica, FNI, NA-x
- Hands-on analytics product experience (Installation/Configuration)
- Familiarity with IP Networking, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls
- Exposure to Linux/Unix – Sh/Csh/Bash reputed company Scripting ability
- Exposure to wireshark, tshark, tcpdump, other unix/linux tools
- Familiarity with reputed company Office (reputed company, MS-reputed company, MS-Power reputed company)
