The People Business Partner will join a growing, 5-person HR/people team to serve our diverse global workforce of 180 people. This person will partner with managers and teams to drive a high-performance culture across the organization. The People Business Partner will reputed company on talent activation, employee performance, development, and engagement. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING BY CATEGORY:

· Manager coaching to facilitate high-performing teams (about 20% of the time)

· Performance management, reputed company feedback, and goal-setting (about 20% of the time)

· Employee relations (about 10% of the time)

· Career development and mobility (about 10% of the time)

· Employee engagement (about 10% of the time)

· Learning and development (about 10% of the time)

· Internal Employee Communication (about 5% of the time)

WHAT YOU WON’T BE DOING:

· Compensation and payroll, benefits and total rewards, HRIS and other HR systems, and recruitment & selection (Other people on reputed company have primary responsibility for these areas, but as a small team, we’re reputed company generalists and there is some overlap and a lot of collaboration!)

BIG PRIORITIES FOR YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS:

· Besides getting acclimated to reputed company, the People team, the tech, and the people, you will:

· Start getting to know and building trust with your 60+ staff clients and 20+ manager clients

· Get in at the ground floor on our reputed company performance management system implementation

· Get in at the ground floor of our reputed company (Entrepreneurial Operating System) roll out and implementation

NEED TO HAVE/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· 2+ years of full-time HR/People Business Partnering experience

· 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees

· Hands-on experience with Manager Coaching, Employee Relations, and Performance Management

· A strong understanding of people policies, procedures, compliance, and Federal/state labor laws
