About the Role
We’re a fast-scaling remote SaaS company growing from 10 to 500+ and aiming for 1,000+ in the next year. We're hiring a hands-on HR leader to build and scale people operations globally — across Asia, UK, Europe, and the Americas. If you have global HR experience in SaaS or tech environments, thrive in remote-first culture, and love building scalable systems without losing the human touch, let’s talk.
This role combines global HR leadership, team management, and scalable systems building. You’ll partner directly with leadership to shape culture, optimize operations, and ensure every team member — employee or contractor — feels supported, engaged, and set up to succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Lead & mentor a small HR team across onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
• Drive people strategies that support growth, retention, and performance
• Oversee core HR ops: onboarding, performance, compliance, and comp benchmarking
• Use tools like Factorial & Monday.com to automate and scale processes
• Support a global, multicultural workforce across time zones and regions
• Build a connected, inclusive culture in a remote-first environment
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR & Team Management – Guide and mentor a small global HR team; serve as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Drive People Strategy – Align HR programs with business goals; lead initiatives in engagement, performance, and retention.
• Optimize HR Operations – Oversee onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and comp/perks across global teams.
• Leverage HR Systems & Data – Use tools like Factorial and Monday.com to streamline processes and deliver data-driven insights.
• Support a Global Workforce – Ensure compliance and cultural sensitivity across US, Europe, and Asia; navigate time zones and labor laws.
• Champion Culture & Experience – Foster a connected, people-first remote culture in collaboration with the Head of Culture.
What We’re Looking For
• 7–10+ years in HR leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, call centers, or fast-scaling teams
• Proven global HR experience with remote, distributed teams
• Strong in compliance, systems, data, and cross-cultural communication
• A balance of strategic thinking and real-time execution
• People-first mindset with strong business acumen
• MUST HAVE GLOBAL HR experience with ASIA & UK employees!
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in affiliate marketing, call centers, or hospitality
• Built HR teams/systems from the ground up
• Know how to scale HR without losing the human touch
