About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our exceptional service, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need to navigate their journeys seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers, and utilizing cutting-edge technology to dispatch and return equipment. This role offers on-the-job education, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers inside and outside our center with blithequark products and services
  • Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
  • Move and hook up trucks and trailers
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
  • Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring
  • Fill propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
  • Drive a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment)
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through blithequark University

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
