We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating knowledge of blithequark's products and services.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information, utilizing active listening skills and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
  • Perform transactions and related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products.
  • Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction and promoting blithequark's offerings.
  • Utilize engagement methods to build strong relationships with members, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 high-volume contact center, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking, loans, or credit cards.
