Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to work in our Porta Potties Division. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a drive for success. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting our services and products, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and comments in a professional and courteous manner
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with blithequark's customer service policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Promote blithequark's services and products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents into our customer service database
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in a similar industry
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
- 2 years of experience with labor cost analysis and inside sales
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective communication with other employees and management teams
- Ability to prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices to compute fees and charges due
- Enthusiastic approach to customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions
- Experience with customer service software and databases
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
