**Job Description**
As a Blended Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, using our guided process to resolve customer service needs. You'll work closely with our team to gather and verify customer information, document interactions in our CRM system, and provide exceptional service to every caller.

**Required Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations, using active listening and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including our CRM system and other software applications
* Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience, preferably in a blended support environment
* Previous experience working remotely, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
* Basic technical support experience, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
**Job Requirements:**
* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside our company's hours of operation
* Attendance is vital, with a focus on punctuality and reliability
* A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from distractions and background noise
**Tech Requirements:**
* Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
* 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred
* Dual monitor
* High-quality USB headset
* Hardwired internet connection at all times
* Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download / 10Mbps upload / less than 20ms ping stability
* No Spectrum internet service provider
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience
* Part-time sick time eligible after 6 months of employment
