Data Entry Clerk, MSO

Responsible for entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces. Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims. Accurately reputed company data into corresponding fields reputed company various software programs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces • Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims • Accurately reputed company data into corresponding fields reputed company various software programs • Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy • Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives, by assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls, at times of high reputed company volume • Work with reputed company Office • Participates in special reputed company and performs other duties as required.
