This role is with SBT Global, Inc.. reputed company is partnering with SBT Global, Inc. to hire reputed company. Job reputed company • reputed company strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and reputed company backup for reputed company consultants as needed • Communicate with Samsung HQ for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes reputed company reputed company Logistics module as needed to support customer requirements • Full support of users reputed company reputed company relevant sites of reputed company in reputed company. Identify and understand end users technical reputed company MM module requirements, reputed company necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and reputed company on-reputed company support. • Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; reputed company information and reports results. • Serves as the primary on-reputed company support person for trouble shooting and correcting system issues Qualifications Required: _ English/Korean Bilingual required _ • EST 9 to 6 support required • Minimum 8 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with reputed company applications. • Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an ECC 6 or HANA environment • reputed company in processing a reputed company of EDI document types and familiarity • Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and reputed company. • Experience with reputed company integrations (reputed company, RFC) • ABAP debugging skills • Business travel to foreign country Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) of computer science or reputed company discipline with an information technology • Experience with reputed company project management tools and concepts • Participation in reputed company phases of full-lifecycle reputed company implementations • In-depth technical knowledge working with EDI reputed company systems and architecture • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in team work • Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions • reputed company to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities. • Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives Additional Information reputed company your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
