Senior Manager/Director - Marketing Operations
Job Description:
• We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Senior Manager/Director of Marketing Operations to architect and lead the operational backbone of our marketing organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who can pair technical fluency with business insight. You'll ensure we run a high-performing marketing engine - grounded in data, aligned to revenue, and operationally excellent.
• You’ll own the infrastructure behind our campaigns, manage marketing analytics and reporting, lead quarterly OKR planning, and partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Product to align execution across the business. This is an opportunity to build an engine!
Requirements:
• Have 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (bonus if you’ve worked in nonprofit tech).
• Are fluent in marketing systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Sprout Social, SEMRush, advertising platforms.
• Understand both the big picture (e.g., pipeline health, CAC, ROI) and the small details (e.g., UTMs, lead routing rules, segmentation logic).
• Have built or scaled OKR frameworks for fast-paced teams.
• Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance.
• Are curious, systems-oriented, and always looking to improve processes and performance.
• Can zoom between tactical execution and strategic thinking - and you like doing both.
• Are an excellent communicator who can make data useful and usable to non-technical teammates.
Benefits:
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
• FSA Spending Account.
• Remote or Hybrid work. Our teams are spread globally.

• 401(k) plan with company match.
• 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
• Paid parental leave (12/6 weeks).
