First, as we bring the product to market the team will </span><span>work with </span><span>product, product marketing, the sales </span><span>teams</span><span> and customers</span><span> </span><span>to</span><span> help shape the current and future direction of </span><span>Adobe </span><span>GenStudio</span><span>.  </span><span>Second, the COE members will help </span><span>establish</span><span> a suc</span><span>c</span><span>essful pre-sales motion and </span><span>directly sell</span><span> </span><span>GenStudio</span><span> </span><span>to customers in conjunction with the Adobe enterprise selling teams</span><span>. </span></span><u><span><span> </span></span></u><span><span> The </span><span>GenStudio</span><span> team will be </span><span>operating</span><span> in a fast-changing</span><span> environment</span><span>.  </span><span>We plan to iterate on the product quickly </span><span>in response to </span><span>the needs of customers </span><span>and the COE team will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> uncovering those needs</span><span>.  </span><span>  COE members should be comfortable with this need to succeed</span><span>: </span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience creating GTM strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $226,800 -- $373,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
