<strong>ServiceNow Developer (100% Remote)<br><br></strong>We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join Governance, Risk, and Compliance team that will be focused on working on Cyber Security related projects and initiatives. This is a fully remote (anywhere in the US), long term contract (potential contract to hire) role with a target start date of September 2025.<br><br>Our client is a large Healthcare system that focuses heavily on community health and social justice, aiming to deliver care in a variety of settings—from hospitals to virtual and home care—while addressing systemic barriers like access, equity, and social determinants of health.<br><br><strong>Required Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. </li><li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-Risk) certification. </li><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies. </li><li>Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as GRC, Security Incident Response, or Vulnerability Response. </li><li>Experience with data migration and data cleansing. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. </li><li>Proven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules. </li><li>Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. </li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and other APIs. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. </li><li>Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and database concepts. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Daily Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules to meet specific business requirements. </li><li>Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. </li><li>Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. </li><li>Perform unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and stability of solutions. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules. </li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, particularly within the IRM and TPRM domains. </li><li>Contribute to the overall improvement of our ServiceNow platform and processes. </li><li>Work closely with the ServiceNow team to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. </li><li>Work within Corporate ServiceNow Governance guidelines. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Posted By:</strong> Justin Harless
