Oversee correspondent bank balances, Manage ANB Banks FED Securities to include input or approve, assist internal customers with Online Banking and iPay issues.<br><br></li></ul>**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **<br><br><ul><li> Assist in phone calls received from internal customers and perform troubleshooting.</li><li> Assist with Internet Banking for Business and Consumers by answering questions and completing setup and modifications to a given profile.</li><li> Meet daily deadlines and expectations for productivity and accuracy standards as set by management.</li><li> Review Commercial Documentation for accuracy.</li><li> Manage Correspondent bank balances, transfer, or pull back funds if necessary.</li><li> Uses information provided by Accounting or Trust to input or approve ANB Bank's FED Securities in the FedLine Advantage system</li><li> Obtain opening balances for correspondent banks by accessing appropriate bank websites and provide the data to accounting</li><li> Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.</li><li> Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.</li><li> Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.</li><li> Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.</li><li> Other duties may be assigned.<br><br></li></ul>**Education and/or Experience**<br><br>**Electronic Banking Specialist I: **<br><br><ul><li> 0 - 1 year of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li> Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Electronic Banking Specialist II<br><br></strong><ul><li> 1 - 2 years of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li> Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.** Electronic Banking Specialist III:**</li><li> 3+ years of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li> Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Electronic Banking Specialist III<br><br></strong><ul><li> 3+ years of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li> Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.<br><br></li></ul>**Equal Opportunity Employer / Affirmative Action / Minorities / Female / Disability / Veteran**<br><br>ANB Bank is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment.
