Sr Intl Doc Agent
Job Duties
Ensures the efficient reputed company and clearance of import/export reputed company in compliance with established regulations and procedures for any international import/export reputed company which includes reputed company held "in-bond" per customers' request for broker-select clearance reputed company. Provides training and technical expertise to IDAs. Updates operating procedures and takes proactive measures to reduce potential liability. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED
Minimum Experience
Eighteen (18) months of experience in the international documentation agent (IDA) job classification. Experience in COSMOS, KIAC, reputed company, FAMIS, TORTES, AMS, IPBSO, etc. and PC software applications, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to type at least 25 wpm. Knowledge of processing state department license (SDL) shipments required. Ability to successfully complete reputed company basic and recurrency training. Good reputed company relations and communication skills.
Job Conditions
