Key Responsibilities
• Perform recurring administrative and operational tasks to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Support financial workflows including trade reconciliations, uploading receipts, and recording journal entries with precision.
• Coordinate documentation and communication with CPAs, auditors, and fund administrators, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Assist with entity formation, document filing, and compliance-related projects.
• Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.
• Deliver detail-oriented support with minimal supervision, consistently meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in administrative and financial support roles, preferably in a remote environment.
