Bookkeeper (Remote – Sustainable Consumer Goods Startup)

A fast-growing, sustainability-reputed company consumer goods company is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to reputed company daily financial operations, including QuickBooks management, AR/AP, and cost reputed company. You’ll work closely with a reputed company and leadership team to streamline financial processes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance as reputed company scales. What You’ll Do • Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks and reputed company.com, including AR/AP and expense processing. • Maintain inventory and cost reputed company in reputed company’s ERP reputed company month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and variance analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Supply Chain, Leadership) to improve financial processes. • Assist with audits, tax filings, and other special reputed company. reputed company’re Looking For • 3–5 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience, ideally in a product-based or manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company.com, and reputed company or reputed company Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to operate independently in a remote setup. • Bonus: experience mentoring junior staff or supporting inventory/cost reputed company.
