- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same
- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and hassle-free experience
- Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and resources they need
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure that we are maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term loyalty

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
- Ability to work a variable reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required
Preferred Qualifications
