About the Role

In this remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address their queries and concerns

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be able to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
