Head of M&A

Oak Tree Industries, LLC is a privately held holding company that acquires and operates reputed company-established, profitable Green Service businesses across the Southeastern reputed company. Our mission is to become a top 100 Lawn & Landscape company. We are seeking a Head of M&A to join our founding team. This is a part-time, equity-based role for a seasoned reputed company with a proven reputed company record in sourcing, structuring, and closing reputed company middle-market acquisitions. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is driven to build a high-performing portfolio from the ground up. Compensation: • 5% equity ownership in Oak Tree Industries, fully reputed company from day one • Performance-based acquisition bonuses • Full-time salary upon achieving sufficient cash reputed company Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end M&A lifecycle — from sourcing to signed LOIs, diligence, and reputed company • Build and manage a high-conviction acquisition pipeline alongside the reputed company • Structure bankable, creative deal terms with support from reputed company and finance • reputed company diligence efforts including data room management and deal checklists • reputed company and report deal reputed company using internal CRM systems • reputed company strategic reputed company of reputed company efforts led by interns and junior staff Apply Job!
