**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of equity plan management systems and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans
* Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards
* Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
* Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
* Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
* Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
* Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation
* Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested
**Qualifications & Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
* At least 1 year of experience in equity plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
* Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
* Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
* Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
