From there, you will reputed company exams, testing and a reputed company of optometry services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities in a mobile fashion. Responsibilities reputed company & Responsibilities for Optometrist: • Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose, treat and manage age-reputed company ocular diseases, injuries and disorders of the eye. • Traditional daily patient care will also include reputed company testing and prescribing spectacle lenses. • Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our optometry electronic medical record system. • Responsible for applying reputed company coding guidelines and populating appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients. • Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment. Qualifications • Qualifications: • Optometry background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of eye conditions and disorders. • Ability to work independently on a daily reputed company. • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet and to learn other reputed company reputed company software. • Self starter attitude with the desire to deliver reputed company, thoughtful and reputed company care. Physical Requirements for Optometrist: • Ability to stand, to bend, and to lift. • Ability to transport optometry equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.). • May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs.
