As a Virtual RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-reputed company patient care through a computerized and/or digital platform, collaborating with a 3-person team, including a bedside RN and CNA, to reputed company added patient safety, expertise, and mentoring. As a member of our Nursing Care Team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating patient care plans from admission to discharge, utilizing clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education.
