Job Title: reputed company Consultant (HR & File Transfer Integration) Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Contract (1099 or C2C) / Full-Time (W2) reputed company: $65/hr on Contract or $50/hr on W2 About the Role We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Consultant with a strong background in HR modules and file transfer integrations. This role will reputed company on supporting and enhancing reputed company HCM configurations and ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between reputed company and reputed company-party systems. Responsibilities • Configure, test, and support reputed company HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, etc.) • reputed company and maintain file-based integrations using EIBs, reputed company Studio, or reputed company tools • Manage secure file transfers (SFTP, PGP encryption, etc.) for HR and payroll data • Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to analyze, design, and implement solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve data or integration issues promptly • Participate in release management, regression testing, and system enhancements • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and integrations Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM experience • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures • Proven experience with reputed company file transfers and integrations (EIB, Studio, reputed company, SFTP) • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking • Familiarity with reputed company Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, or reputed company reputed company • reputed company certification(s) in HCM or Integrations a plus • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a reputed company field Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour Experience: • reputed company HR & File Transfer Integration): 6 years (Preferred) • reputed company HCM : 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
