[Remote] Data Entry Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support their team by accurately inputting and organising trade show and lead data. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a high-quality database that supports marketing campaigns and sales outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update contact and lead information in Excel and internal data platforms.
• Import, clean, and organise data from trade show lists and other lead sources.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Prepare datasets for marketing campaigns, including email outreach and follow-up call lists.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure data is complete, accurate, and campaign-ready.
Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and data cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of data import/export processes (training on internal systems provided).
• Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience in data entry, CRM administration, or database maintenance.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and/or trade show lead management.
• Confidence working with large datasets and repetitive data tasks.
