MUST HAVE
• Proven reputed company/medical office support experience (specialty experience a plus).
• Comfortable with EMR/EHR workflows (reputed company experience reputed company-to-have; training provided).
• Experience with prior authorizations and patient intake/virtual rooming.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communications (phone/eFax/patient data).
