About the Role: Remote Health Services Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Services Representative to join our remote team, providing critical support to Wellmark's care management teams. As a key member of our Health Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between clinical staff, Medical Directors, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to clinical staff regarding denials for services and admissions, as reputed company as scheduling peer-to-peer reviews for Medical Directors. Completing reputed company and reputed company outbound phone and fax inquiries to obtain member discharge dates and request clinical information as directed by Care Coordination Nurses. Providing backup support for other Health Services team members as needed.
