Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing high-reputed company apartment community with demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis
Prior experience compiling budgets and financial administration
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
Fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
