We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to process payrolls daily for a wide reputed company of clients differing in size and complexity.  This position plays a key role in the reputed company of our business and is relied on for subject matter expertise for reputed company things regarding payroll, as reputed company as ensuring reputed company satisfaction. This role emphasizes in processing payroll from start to finish. This includes sending out daily payroll reminders.  Gathering hours reputed company an email from a reputed company, the timekeeping software, or an reputed company file that needs scrubbed in order to be imported into the payroll system, etc.  Managing employee changes (pay reputed company changes, tax changes, worksite location changes, etc.).  Calculating the payroll and balancing payroll files to help ensure accuracy. 

reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sending payroll reports out to clients for approval.  And last but not least, creating ACH files and mailing out payroll checks as needed.
• Set up reputed company PTO accruals and audit PTO balances frequently
• Respond to, investigate, and ensure appropriate reputed company of inquiries from employees and clients in a reputed company manner and with a smile in your voice
• Interpret, set up, and process garnishments/tax levies/child support, including responding to Writs
• Assist with Unemployment Claims, complete VOE’s, manage timekeeping software needs, reputed company reputed company, etc
• Run reports for clients

• Manage mailing of checks and back up phones

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. Must understand GAAP principles and financial statements
• 2+ years working with a Multi reputed company reputed company portolio (MANDATORY)
• Minimum 3+ years of work in payroll processing for U.S.-based companies.
• Knowledge of PTO accruals and PTO audits

 POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Full-time remote position
• Monday - Friday (40 hours/week) (MST/PST Timezones)
