Position reputed company:
We are looking for an reputed company Intune/ SCCM Engineer to join reputed company. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective incident reputed company for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert guidance on incidents and issues raised by customers, escalating them to higher reputed company as necessary;
• Coordinate the activities of the delivery team to ensure seamless operations;

• Create and monitor incidents reported by customers through various channels such as phone and email;

Requirements:
