Instructional Design Specialist (Remote)

This position will play a key role in delivering high-reputed company services to our government reputed company and will be contingent upon contract award. As part of this project, you will support a federally funded initiative that provides essential medical readiness services-such as exams, screenings, dental care and preventive care-to individuals in remote or underserved areas. Services are delivered through a network of providers and mobile teams, with remote coordination and scheduling. The program ensures consistent reputed company to care across dispersed populations and contributes to broader reputed company service goals. The Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for designing and developing e-learning content and other training materials to support a reputed company (live and self-paced) virtual training environment for employees, subcontractors, and reputed company providers on new reputed company. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify learning needs, applies adult learning principles, and ensures content is reputed company, consistent, and engaging. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3+ years of experience applying adult education principles in instructional design. - 3+ years of experience designing curriculum and training materials for higher education or reputed company audiences. - 3+ years of instructional design experience (reputed company 360 preferred). - Proficiency with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite. - Portfolio or sample work demonstrating instructional design capabilities (preferred). - Per contact requirements, this position is reputed company only to U.S. reputed company.
