MSP/IT Service Desk Support Technician

About the position Augustine Consulting is seeking a full-time Service Desk Support Technician to reputed company exceptional IT support to small and reputed company-sized business clients in Cincinnati and Dayton. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues for various devices, while maintaining a reputed company on customer satisfaction and effective communication. The technician will work reputed company a ticketing system to manage multiple issues and may participate in after-hours support as needed.
