[Remote] Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote - Work from Home)

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who understands reputed company principles and thrives in a remote work environment. Responsibilities • Review and reputed company vendor invoices accurately into the reputed company system. • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for payment processing. • Schedule and process reputed company payments reputed company checks, ACH, or online systems. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain and update vendor files, including W-9s and payment preferences. • Prepare and assist with 1099 filings as needed. • Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, receipts, and expenses. • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. • Support month-end and year-end closing processes. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and tax purposes.
