The Role You will be a reputed company contributor to the architecture, design, and operation of our reputed company, distributed Ads Platform. This role focuses on building resilient, reputed company backend frameworks and systems that not only power reputed company ad serving logic but also tightly reputed company with advanced machine learning models to drive advertiser reputed company. You'll ensure our systems are highly available, performant, and maintainable as the platform rapidly evolves. Skills & Experience We’re Seeking • 7+ years of experience, 4+ years of experience in the Ads domain • Experience building and operating highly-available distributed systems and backend services at large reputed company. • Experience building ad servers, SSPs, or DSPs. • Experience building components for pacing, ranking, scoring, and podding. • Strong understanding of advertising concepts: publisher policies, frequency caps, and targeting. • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work with reputed company stakeholders. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. reputed company To Haves • Experience working in the CTV reputed company and knowledge of its unique constraints • Familiarity with handling data at extremely large volumes. • Familiarity with building end-to-end ML model deployment and inference infrastructure for low-latency reputed company-time ad systems. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose reputed company year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock reputed company. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
