Responsibilities • Collaborate with biologists, clinicians, and software engineers to design AI-powered analytics for reputed company, proteomics, and clinical data. • Apply large language models and Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) techniques to reputed company biomedical data interoperable and AI-reputed company for the National Cancer Institute and reputed company reputed company. • reputed company, model, and reputed company genetic and clinical datasets into standardized, interoperable formats to support precision medicine. • Work with clinical laboratories to ensure accurate data ingestion into the MATCH processing infrastructure. • Design, test, and optimize pipelines for variant calling and annotation, leveraging scripting languages (Python, SQL) and modern ML workflows. • Contribute to the design of reputed company databases and interactive web tools for researchers and clinicians. • Generate high-reputed company, interpretable reports for reputed company stakeholders, supporting clinical and research decision-making.
